Order Processing and Shipping

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Saturday.
  • Processing Time: Standard shipping orders take 3-5 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped. Orders placed after noon (E.T.) Friday will be processed on Monday.  During the months of November and December, please allow an additional 1-2 days for order processing.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping is the charge for order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Special requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges.

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Starts at $6.95 per order.
  • Free Shipping: Merchandise orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
  • International Shipping: Penn State Women’s Volleyball Booster Club is currently unable to ship international orders. Please feel free to contact us by reaching out to [email protected] with any questions. 

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS. Processing and delivery typically take 2-8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they are controlled by USPS.
  • Weekend Delivery: USPS may deliver packages on weekends when available. Please refer to the tracking information provided for updates on delivery status.
  • Shipping Guarantees: We are not responsible for delays or issues with USPS delivery times. We cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If your package is not delivered on time, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking Numbers: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Delivery Confirmation: For issues with tracking numbers or delivery, please first contact the courier directly. Allow 1-4 business days for tracking updates. In rare cases, tracking information may not immediately update despite successful delivery. If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame, email [email protected] for assistance.

Responsibilities and Claims

Lost or Damaged Items:

  • Lost Items: We are not responsible for items that are lost during transit. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly to report the damage and file a claim. Additionally, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can assist with the claims process.
  • Marked Delivered: If USPS tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS to investigate the delivery status. We are not responsible for items marked as delivered but not received.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Incorrect Addresses: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
