Merchandise Return Policy

Penn State Women’s Volleyball Booster Club accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address within 30 days from the date your order shipped. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless item is damaged or defective. Product exchanges are not currently available.
If you purchase an item from the Penn State Women’s Volleyball Booster Club and that item later goes on sale for a lower price, we will not refund you the difference between the price you paid and the new sale price.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damage or defect with your email. Items reported after this period will not be eligible for return or replacement.
- Liability: We are not liable for damages caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing. Variations in color and patterns due to photography, lighting, or monitor settings do not constitute defects.
Incorrect Items
- Reporting: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receipt. Provide details of the issue. Items reported after this period will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Steps for Return Instructions
Contact merchandise department at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and a brief
description of the reason for return.Enclose a copy of the receipt with the package and mail it back to our address listed below.

- Once the package has been sent, please allow Penn State Women’s Volleyball Booster Club 2-4 weeks for us to receive and process the return.
Returning Merchandise Policy
- Customer is responsible for return shipping and may choose any shipping method back to our store location.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Penn State Women’s Volleyball Booster Club.
- All returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date your order shipped to be eligible for a refund.
- All products must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags and in their original packaging. We will not return items that appear to be worn, washed, or missing their original packaging.
- When returning merchandise, we suggest selecting a shipping method that provides a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation. Keep a copy of these details for your records. Penn State Women’s Volleyball Booster Club is not responsible for any lost returns for which proof of delivery cannot be provided.
- Returns cannot be processed without a copy of the original invoice/receipt.

Holiday Return Instructions
- Any purchases made on or after the November 15th will have until January 31st of the following year to return the merchandise for a full refund. Product exchanges are not currently available.
